Gas Range

​Many people feel that you get the best result using a gas cooktop. We have a wide selection of gas ranges for you to choose from.

Electric Coil Range

​These tend to be the least expensive. The electric coil type cooktop has a slower heat response than gas but faster than glass-ceramic. The heat is less concentrated than with glass-ceramic The coil range is easy to maintain. Also, you don't have to be careful with the cooking containers the way you do with the glass-ceramic top.

Glass-Ceramic Cooktop Range

These are very easy to clean but you have to be careful to not scratch the surface. They tend to be the most expensive. The glass-ceramic cooktop works best with flat bottomed pans and pots. But, you need to be careful with things like cast iron to not scratch the surface.

Whether you call it a range, a stove or an oven, we give a 90-day warranty, just like all our other appliances. Whether it is gas or electric, we test the range to make sure it is working correctly. Some of what we carry, some people call scratch and dent ranges or stoves, but much of what we have in stock looks like new.
